Exchanges (Canada & U.S. Customers)
We offer free exchanges in Canada and the U.S. ?

  1.  Fill out the Order Number and Postal code fields.
  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to exchange and specify the return reason(s).
  3.  Select your exchange preference.
  4. Print out the shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and send back your item(s) within 7 days. 
  5.  A Brave Soles customer success team member will issue a new order number with your exchanged item within the next business day.

Exchanges (International)
If you live outside of Canada or the United States, we also offer free exchanges! ?

    Subject line: "Exchange + [order number]
  2. We will help you walk through the process for your exchange and get you set up with the return label you will need.


Please note: Shipping for our international exchanges is paid on the behalf of the customer. 

 

 

RETURNS (Canada and U.S. Customers)

 

Our Return process is simple and quick! 

  1. All unworn and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Alternatively, you can choose to return an item for store credit. Returns received outside this period may not be accepted. 


In the event you would like to make a return please ensure:

- It has been 30 days or less since your purchase was received (as indicated by your tracking number)
- The items must be unworn and in original packaging
- The items must be in new condition / as received;
- The items should have all original tags attached.


1. Fill out the Order Number and Postal Code fields.
2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and specify the return reason(s).
3. Print out the shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and send back your item(s) within 30 days. 

Please note that we apply a $15 shipping/restock fee to each returned item. This amount will be held back from the refund of your original order you are returning.

If you receive your item in faulty condition, please contact us immediately.

Please be sure to write “Return” or "Exchange" in the subject line and include your order number if possible (this number can be found in your order confirmation email).

A Brave Soles customer support member will reply with authorization to process a return and give you a return label. 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, Brave Soles will issue a refund/store credit, less the $15 label per item.
  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment (credit card or PayPal).
  • Please note, your refund may take a few days to process by your bank. 

 

International Returns

If you live outside of Canada or the United States, we also offer returns.

We will help you walk through the process for your return and get you set up with the return label you will need based on your country.

Please note: Shipping for our international returns is paid by the customer. Brave Soles will also apply a $15 shipping/restock fee to each returned item. This amount will be held back from the final refund.
