TRACKED SHIPMENTS
As soon as the order is shipped, we will provide you with a Tracking Number. We will follow up with you until the package reaches your house.

30-DAYS RETURN
All Brave Soles items, unaltered and unworn, may be returned within 30 days of your confirmed day of delivery for ANY reason.

We offer FREE EXCHANGES on all orders in Canada and the US.  For global returns, please follow the process here. 
However, if you notice irregular wear and tear on your Brave Soles we will gladly replace them during that time due to faulty construction.

Keep in mind that it's good for leather shoes to be a little snug as they do stretch and start molding to your feet within the first 3-5 wears.

If you are in between two sizes, we advise you to select the larger size and you will be fine.

We get our shoe and accessories leather from two different sources:

Our shoe leather is sourced in the Dominican Republic with a local tannery called Bojos Tannery. Bojos works hard to be transparent about their process and they are a certified gold member of the Leather Working Group. We are confident in their environmental standards and sourcing. You can go check their environment report.

Our regular accessories leather collection is sourced from one of two places:

Upcycled aircraft seats and furniture cutoffs from furniture makers and overstock leather from the manufacturing zones of Dominican Republic. 

Leather will always have natural marking such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes.

These natural markings or irregularities should not be considered as a defect but rather indications of genuine leather. For long lasting use, protect your items from getting wet and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat.

Leather footwear generally takes about 1-2 weeks of wear before softening. As a natural product, it is subject to wear and tear over time.

We suggest buying a waterproof protector that can protect your leather shoes and/or accessories if they get wet in the rain.
