1. What made you interested in becoming a part of Brave Soles?
Recycling, Upcycling and Social Business are three of my favourite things ever! Also, I love supporting local Cabarete ventures, and women-owned businesses.....the stylishness of the sandals was the icing on the cake!
2. What is something fun about you that people might like to know?
Even though Cabarete is officially home, I've actually been nomadically wandering this beautiful earth for the past 8 years, it's a great lifestyle of minimalism, adventure, and gives me the opportunity to experience so many cool places. Highly recommend!
3. What kind of people do you think will fall in love with Brave Soles?
People who are fashion conscious and who love to "vote" with their shopping and make sure their spending does good things for people and our planet.
4. What is your favourite Brave Soles product?
The Trenza Flip Flop. It's simple, beautiful with the braided detail, and just the perfect shoe for our Cabarete beach lifestyle. I've seen people rocking this shoe on their way to surf Encuentro or on their way to a tropical wedding - it's a really versatile style.
5. What inspires you?
6. What is your dream for the next generation?
I'm counting on the next generation to have the same access to playing in the ocean, rivers, and lakes that I have today. That's why I'm working every day to minimize my personal consumption of toxic chemicals, plastics (especially single-use plastic), and to generally lower my footprint.
